Pork chop and kale. Fortunately, this was the last pork chop of this batch. Chicken will be a welcome change.

I believe that human beings are supposed to run fast, climb high, lift heavy, jump far and eat real food. I got into the fitness world through Crossfit and it continues to be an influence on me but I have come to terms with the fact that I am primarily interested in just one of the 10 domains of fitness.
